2010 PRICING

Prices based on two sharing, including full Cumbrian breakfast are:

£80 - £100 per room per night
(£55 per room per night for a single. No singles at Bank Holidays )

Room pricing may fluctuate in line with market demand

Also, as we have two resident Jack Russells, Holly and Bramble who think they own the place, but are very friendly (bring them a ball and they'll love you), we unfortunately cannot accept pets. However, Assistance Dogs are welcome.

We regret that we cannot accommodate under 16's, unless part of a house party.
Maximum occupancy per room is two persons.

A non-refundable deposit of £25 per room is payable upon booking, and the total balance
of the accommodation will be charged in the event of a cancellation within 48 hours of
arrival, or a non-show

For June 1st 2011 - June 8th 2011 full payment is required upon booking, and is non-refundable
if the booking cancelled after April 30th. Cancellations before that date will receive a refund less £50 per room

Check in is between 4pm and 7pm. Outside of these times by arrangement only.

Rooms are to be vacated by 10.00 am on the day of departure.

We have no drinks licence, so feel free to bring your own wine for dinner.
